Are the Final Fantasy XI gil transferred automatically?
No,after order placed, please contact us by live chat, one operator there will arrange a trade with you in game.we will then trade the Final Fantasy XI gil to your character in game.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We use PayPal for payment processing。
How are eChecks handled?
We accept Paypal eChecks, though we cannot send your gil until the eCheck payment completes (about 4 business days).
Do you accept Visa/MasterCard/AmEx credit/debit Gift Cards?
We accept only PayPal payments, and Paypal does not accept credit/debit gift cards. You will need to activate your card for online use in order to use it; see your card for details.
I don't have a PayPal account. Can I still use kkgolds.com?
Sorry! we only support PayPal account! At the bottom of the PayPal payment screen you will see an area that says 'Do have a PayPal Account?' Follow the link and you will be able to enter your card information with paypal.
What if I don't receive my Final Fantasy XI gil ?
Check your PayPal account to see whether your payment was processed as an eCheck. If you paid by eCheck, you will not receive your gil until the eCheck has cleared,approximately 5 business days. If you did not intend to pay by eCheck, just contact us by live chat and we will be happy to refund it for you.
Do you buy Final Fantasy XI gil ?
We do not currently buy Final Fantasy XI Money, however we are working on a system to allow developers to sell through our site.
